  • Ribbon Cutting celebrated at Luther House IV

    Many scissors cut the ribbon as the celebrants opened the new Luther House IV building on the Jennersville, PA campus. Included were Connie Loukatos, HUD, Lou Wonderly, Project Manager of the Luther House campus, Robert Mattson, President of Luther House IV, Joe Pitts, Congressman, 16th District, Donna DeBussy, Executive Director of Luther House I, II, III, and Bishop Claire S. Burkat, SE PA Synod, ELCA.

  • Garden Spot Village Celebrates Grand Opening of Village Square Apartments

    The grand opening of the six-story, 72-unit Village Square Apartments at Garden Spot Village in New Holland was celebrated by a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 20, 2008. The event featured remarks by Pennsylvania State Senator Michael Brubaker (36th District) and Pennsylvania State Representative Gordon Denlinger (99th District). Ribbon cutters in the photo are new residents of the facility, Mr. & Mrs. Buehler.

  • Groundbreaking celebrated at Grace Fellowship Church

    GGroundbreaking for the new Grace Fellowship Church, Unionville, Chester County, PA was celebrated on Sunday, September 21. The church will renovate and utilize the former Unionville Grange building as well as add thousands of square feet of new construction. Bernardon, Haber Holloway Architects, Wilmington, DE are the architects on the project. Shown in the photo are, front row, left to right: Terry C.     Serving as construction manager for the exclusive new Brandywine Assisted Living at Fenwick Island, DE, we are building a $13 million, 83,000 square foot, "Five Star" facility to serve the growing senior population in Sussex County. This project will feature luxury amenities throughout the building and on-site nursing care for residents.
