“We are very proud of the overall beauty, the very high level of workmanship and the overall functionality of the Welcome Center. It is absolutely amazing to the Building Committee and the congregation how quickly the Welcome Center was constructed. Under the tireless leadership of the Construction Superintendent, and the entire Horst Construction Team, this project was kept on a tight construction schedule and was completed below the contract amount.”
