WMJ Properties entrusted Horst Construction to complete the selective demolition and adaptive reuse of this early 20th-century building, transforming it into a modern corporate headquarters for G. R. Klinefelter Underwriters & Windsor-Mount Joy Mutual Insurance Company. Once completed, the new office building will include several open and enclosed offices, an employee lounge and informal gathering areas, a fitness area, and a partially enclosed outdoor patio. Tenant space will also be prepared for future businesses. Updates to the facade, two large skylights, a roof-top solar energy system, and new MEP systems will further refresh the building.
