After the successful completion of Meadowcrest at Middletown in Middletown, DE, Vantage Point Retirement Living selected Horst Construction to serve as their General Contractor for their newest senior living community, Fieldstone at Chester Springs in Chester Springs, PA. This community offers a new approach to the assisted living and personal care model, which Vantage Point Retirement Living calls signature independent living. In this model, the community will be licensed as a personal care and memory care community. However, it will also include some independent-living-style apartments, which will have amenities like ovens, washers, and dryers. The community offers a variety of floor plans from spacious studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. The design also includes full-service dining areas, a casual bistro, state-of-the-art fitness center, movie theatre, salon, and activity areas.
