Through meaningful area partnerships with local clients such as West Pharmaceutical Services, Cardinal Senior Living, Turkey Hill, and several area churches, the company built deep roots in the area and recognized a clear opportunity to better serve Williamsport and the surrounding communities with a local presence.

Cody Strouse will serve as Horst Construction’s local Business Development Coordinator, building on his roots as a Williamsport resident. Cody and his family are active members of the community, and that local investment is something he brings directly to his work with clients in the region.
Joining him is Noah Esposito, serving as the local Project Manager and Estimator to support clients through renovation, remodel, and refresh projects. Noah and his family are also Williamsport area residents, solidifying the foundation for this division’s integration into the community.
