Water Street Ministries needed to reconfigure two common area spaces to better serve their residents, but as a 24/7 social services facility, any disruption to operations had to be minimized. Horst Construction's 3R Team partnered with WSM to completely transform the Oasis and Day Rooms within a strategic three-month schedule. Through careful planning, phasing, and constant communication with staff, Horst maintained access to essential services throughout construction while respecting the daily routines of residents. The renovated spaces now better support Water Street Mission's critical work within the Lancaster community.
