American Music Theatre – Restroom Renovation
Horst Construction’s 3R Team® worked with American Music Theatre to modernize their first-floor restrooms. This fast-tracked project utilized multiple shifts to complete the project before the theatre’s annual Christmas show.
Totaling just over 2,000 square feet, the team demolished and renovated three multi-occupancy restrooms. This included the removal of the existing flooring, ceiling, and wall covering materials, as well as several bathroom fixtures. In their place, the 3R Team® installed new flooring, a new ceiling, and new paint throughout all three bathrooms. New countertops, sinks, and associated fixtures were also installed, as well as upgrades to the toilets.
In just two weeks, the 3R Team® transformed these outdated bathrooms into attractive, comfortable, and relaxing washrooms for theatre-goers and employees.
